Archway lets brokers run their own introducer portals in its CRM

Introducers get invited access, structured referral forms and case tracking. The product is in private beta and open to brokerages by invitation.

What launched

Archway Software says brokerages using its Archway mortgage CRM can invite introducers, appointed representatives and other referral partners onto an introducer portal, separate from the broker's own system. Access is by invitation, and each partner sees only their own referrals.1

Through the portal, introducers can submit structured referral details, attach documents, run indicative quick quotes and see when a lead has been received and who owns it. They see whatever progress the brokerage chooses to share.1

The rest of the CRM

Archway describes the CRM as purpose-built for second charge rather than bolted on. Its site says information is captured once and carried through each stage of a case, and that structured capture cuts incomplete referrals.2,1

Advisers can compare eligibility across their lender panel without leaving the case, with matches ranked against affordability, criteria and case profile, the company says.2

Each case carries an automatic audit trail, role-based permissions and a secure document history.2

Price and access

Archway's pricing page says the product is in private beta, with places offered to a small group of brokerages it calls founder firms. There is no public price list. Firms pay per user for the package they choose, and Archway says it takes no share of commission, proc fees or completed business.3
